Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Processing time does not include carrier transit time.

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping within the United States:

• $8.99 flat rate on all orders

• Free shipping on orders over $200 (calculated before tax)

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total.

Carrier & Delivery

Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or another major carrier depending on destination and package size.
Delivery estimates provided at checkout are generated by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect delivery information.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

After an order has been handed to the carrier, Natural Fiber Closet is not liable for carrier delays, lost packages, or items marked as delivered.
If your item arrives damaged, retain all packaging and contact us immediately so we can review the case.
