Natural Fiber Closet sells carefully curated secondhand items. Because each piece is unique and individually sourced, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for fit, preference, or general wear consistent with secondhand goods.
That said, accuracy is a core part of our service. Every item is inspected closely and photographed to represent its condition as clearly as possible. If you believe the item you received contains a material issue not disclosed in the listing—such as undisclosed damage, incorrect fiber content, or a significant error in the description—contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the case.

We are human and can make mistakes. For legitimate listing errors or undisclosed condition problems, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Resolution may include repair, partial refund, or a return at our discretion.
We do not offer returns for:
• Fit or sizing issues/ preferences
• Color variations due to screen differences
• Minor wear consistent with secondhand apparel
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
This policy exists to maintain fair pricing, ensure sustainability, and reflect the nature of one-of-a-kind secondhand inventory.
